InStore customization overview

Overview of the concepts relating to customization.

You can use the InStore Center to customize the following:

Business rules and security, by configuring administration parameters and store roles
Branding, by configuring receipt templates and theme
Best practices, by configuring reason codes (reference lists) and localization
Tender button shapes, colors, sequence, and labels by configuring overrides

The InStore Center also provides insights, metrics, and troubleshooting tools through its dashboard, transaction reporting, and cash count audit functions.

We recommend logging out of the InStore Center when you finish your workday. The portal has an automatic timeout feature that ends your session without warning. When a timeout occurs, the session appears to be active, but the portal loses functionality.
